"Bad policy. Did not return calls…. I did see Nik responds to reviews… but. Left my situation sit 15 days.. no response. Called and office said they thought they texted. He had the girls call me back. I fired Nik … who could care less $$$$$$$ but moved to a better agent who is taking my policy seriously. Horrible! I did stay with State Farm.
